I ordered this for my son's 2nd birthday and it's provided hours of entertainment. His cousin and other children love it as well, their eyes always get big the first time they see it. The play-set has been out on our deck for the last 2 months and is holding up well. The last 2 months have brought hail, high winds, rain, and extreme heat. Assembly was easy, I didn't curse once! I call that a major accomplishment since most toy makers engineer their products to trigger parental cursing ;-) Assembly took less than two hours. Shipping and delivery was a huge pain in the ... The packaging is large and ships via freight and you can forget about free two-day shipping as a Prime member. I was contacted by a freight shipper 5 days after ordering the products (as a prime member) to arrange delivery. I was told that I needed to be present to receive the product and needed to unload it, otherwise I'd have to wait longer for a liftgate. Since the shipper couldn't give me a good delivery time frame (they wanted me to be available between 8-5 on a weekday) I had borrow a pickup truck to get it myself from their facility. The box barely fit in a Ford Ranger extended bed. I only mention the details about shipping because it was totally unexpected for me and I'm sure it will be for others. Other than the headache of shipping we really love this product.
